Hey there, it's the weekend again.

Wine Shoe was great. Really, you should go for a wine class if you like that sort of thing.

It was very entertaining & we did actually learn something. 5 S's of wine...do you know them???

Do you feel so much more like a connoisseur now?! Also, all of the wines were non-commercialized {no chemical, no preservatives} and under $20. Can't beat that.

And just FYI, you don't need to take the ridiculously expensive round trip cab down there. You don't really catch a buzz. Wine 101 - you sip not drink.

Whew...it's February!!! Already? I am kind of glad. January was fun and all, but lots of travel & busy weekends. This month is busy too but its going to be really fun. We have Party Marti's Bach on the books..... I'm starting to prep now. aka, hydrate.

People amaze me everyday

There are some really cool people in the world. These guys are at the top of my list this week.

1035 miles. 13 cities. 2 wheels.

They are biking from Atlanta to NYC in memory of the firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11. A good family friend of ours, who is a local firefighter, is part of the team.

I walked down from my office this morning to meet my parents & his family and send him off. It was a pretty amazing.

In other news, it's FRIDAY..... It's been a wild week.

An earthquake, a hurricane, and the Atl is still sunny & dry. Hope you Enjoy your last summer sunshine days.
